Creole Jo
Named for our family's matriarch and the creator of our creole recipe Josephine "Jo" Luquire, this is our take on the "Sloppy Joe."
- Ground beef, turkey or chicken, 1 lb
- Carolina Creole®, 1/2 jar
- Hamburger buns
- Mustard
Brown the meat in a skillet and drain if necessary. Add 1/2 a jar of Carolina Creole® and simmer for ten minutes or to desired thickness. Serve on a good quality bun with your favorite mustard. Dig in!
